A commission on the percent for art scheme, Guildford Borough Council, forged and fabricated in mild steel, designed and made by Andy Quirk with the assistance of Samuel Brineger and Robert Kranenborg.
I was approached by Guildford Borough Council to design a pair of gates and a railing for a new commercial build in Guildford town centre. I chose a Celtic design for this space.
I love to work in the celtic style, they where the original people to develop metal from functional implements to forms of art and their style is so clever, powerful and full of detail.
